  • To secure your booking, kindly note that we require a 50% advance payment.

  • Please be advised that the cake will be delivered only upon completion of the full payment during delivery/pickup.

  • Following the final discussion and payment, last-minute changes/cancellations to designs, specifications and delivery location won't be accommodated.

  • For bookings by event managers, orders are taken upon 100% of the payment discussed.

  • If you have chosen Eggless, please make sure to have discussed before since the pricing and process is different.

  • Delivery timings will be plus or minus 2 hours from the delivery time mentioned as we handle multiple orders.

  • Pictures of the cake will not be sent to you until delivery
